We have a new vision for Center Street:
– One where drivers actually drive 15mph
– One where pedestrians feel comfortable crossing anywhere they like as written in Provo City Code 9.30
– One where people on bike and scooter feel comfortable taking the lane instead of riding on the sidewalks
